- It starts with a build. Almost every partnership begins as a Build & Setup project. We need to know your business before we can run its systems.
- We agree on a flat monthly fee, based on how much we're maintaining and how fast you want to keep improving.
- Cancel anytime. Everything we run is in your name and stays with you. If you leave, nothing breaks. We design for that from day one.
What this isn't
It's not a lock-in. The systems are built to run without us, and the runbook means anyone competent can take over. Owners stay because the monthly improvement is worth more than the fee, not because leaving hurts.
