Is this for you?
- You know what's broken (quoting, scheduling, invoicing, the phone) and you want it fixed, not studied.
- You don't have time to research software and set it up yourself.
- You've been burned before by advice that ended at the invoice.
- You want one price, one timeline, and a clear finish line.
The kinds of things we build
Every project is scoped to your business, but most fall into a few families:
- Never miss a lead. Missed-call text-back, AI phone answering after hours, one inbox for calls, texts, and web forms.
- Quotes and scheduling that run themselves. Estimate templates, online booking, crew scheduling, reminders that cut no-shows.
- The office on autopilot. Invoices out the day the job closes, automatic payment follow-ups, paperwork that files itself.
- Reviews and repeat business. Review requests after every job, seasonal reminders that bring past customers back.
If your problem isn't on that list, ask anyway. The consult is free.
How it works
- Weeks 1–2: Build. We set up the systems, move your data, configure the AI, and wire the integrations. You keep running your business; we work around you.
- Week 3: Train. Training for your team, a written runbook, and short videos they can rewatch anytime.
- Handoff. We stay in the room until the first real invoice, order, or job goes through cleanly. Then it's yours.
- 30 days of free support. Something wobbles after launch? We fix it, free.
What it costs
Every project gets a fixed fee, quoted in writing before we start. No hourly billing, no surprise change orders. The software behind it typically runs $50–$400 a month depending on team size, and you'll know that number (and what you can cancel from your current stack) before you commit.
