What people usually want to know.
If your question isn't here, just call. We'd rather have a 10-minute conversation than send a brochure.
I'm not really a tech person. Is this for me?
Yes — that's exactly who we built this for. You don't need to know anything about software to work with us. You know your business; we know the systems. Our job is to take what you do well and make it easier, faster, and less frustrating. We use plain English, we explain everything, and we don't leave until your team is confident using what we built.
I keep hearing about AI. Should I be worried?
You should be curious, not worried. The bigger risk isn't using AI — it's running on outdated, manual systems while your competitors quietly modernize. We help you take it one small, useful step at a time. No big bets. No making your business depend on something nobody at the company understands. And we'll always be honest when AI isn't the right tool for the job.
I don't know where to start. Is that okay?
That's the most common place to be — and it's exactly what our first service is built for. You don't need a list of fixes ready. You just need to know that something feels harder than it should be. We'll come in, watch how your business runs, and tell you in plain English where to start. No commitment after that.
Will my team actually use what you build?
That's the test, and it's the part most consultants get wrong. We design for the people who'll actually use the system — we talk to them, sit with them, and build around how they already work. Then we train in plain language, write a runbook, and stay in the room until the first real invoice, order, or job goes through cleanly. If your team doesn't adopt it, we haven't done our job.
What does this really cost — beyond your fee?
Most small businesses we work with end up paying somewhere between $50 and $400 a month in software subscriptions on top of our fee, depending on the size of the team and what we're automating. We tell you exactly what you'll be paying — and what you can drop from your current stack — before we start. No surprises.
What if I'm too small for this?
If you're spending nights and weekends on paperwork, you're not too small. We've worked with businesses as small as three people. Our Find Your Starting Point service is built exactly for owners who want to know what's possible without committing to a big project upfront.
What happens after you build something?
You own everything we built — the accounts, the data, the runbook, all of it. We stick around free of charge for thirty days after launch to make sure it holds. After that, you can keep us on as a monthly partner or wave goodbye. Either is fine. The systems we set up are designed to keep running without us.
Tell us how you run your business. We'll show you where it can be easier.
Thirty minutes on the phone, no slides, no pressure. If we're a fit, great. If not, you'll leave with a few ideas you can use anyway.
